WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties, as we value your privacy. We also do not "sell" your personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We may collect and access, and may permit our business partners and third party service providers, such as advertising companies, to collect and access your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browsing metadata and other numerical identifiers, such as your browser type, version and operating system (collectively, the "Browsing Information"). We may also use, place, collect and store, or allow our third party service providers to use, place, collect and store, cookies, web beacons, remarketing pixel tags, or other similar tracking technologies.

Merely visiting or using this website does not give consent to optional analytics cookies. We only enable our Google Analytics tag after you expressly accept analytics. You can reject analytics without losing access to the website or demo booking.

Google Analytics on AdMachine.dev

With your consent, Bestagents Inc. uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand which public pages visitors view and where they click Book a Demo. This helps us assess and improve our website. Analytics may process cookie-based identifiers, browser and device information, page visits, approximate location and demo-button interactions. These identifiers can constitute personal data even though we do not send names or contact details.

Our analytics tag stays blocked until you choose Accept analytics, including for visitors in Europe and the UK. Reject analytics keeps the tag blocked; we do not send Google Analytics cookieless tracking signals before consent. We keep advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals disabled. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal also keeps our analytics off.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form answers, booking details, user IDs, URL query strings or URL fragments to Google Analytics. We send public page paths and fixed button-location labels. After consent, we may also send approved campaign source, medium and campaign-name labels, and a recognised search or social referral origin. Only fixed, allowlisted values are used; referral paths, queries, fragments and unknown referral sites are omitted. Sanitised entry information is held temporarily in page memory, not saved to device storage, and is discarded on rejection or withdrawal. Google receives technical network information when you consent; Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

Our consent preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days so we can remember your choice. Analytics cookies (including _ga and _ga_* identifiers) are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. You can use Analytics choices in the footer or below at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future analytics, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the current page to unload the tag. It does not undo data already processed. If device storage is blocked, your preference may only last for the current visit.

Google may process analytics data outside your country, including in the United States. Processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements and Google's contractual safeguards. Analytics data retention and other property-level settings are controlled in our Google Analytics account. For information about Google's processing, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics privacy information. You can contact us using the details below to exercise applicable privacy rights or raise a concern.

Calendly remains a separate booking provider. Your Google Analytics choice controls our analytics tag, not Calendly's own cookies or processing inside its embedded calendar. We do not send confirmed booking events to Google Analytics.

Anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our embedded forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to verify that submissions come from real people rather than automated bots. Turnstile may collect limited technical information about your device and browser (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to perform this check. This processing is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. Turnstile does not use cookies for advertising and operates independently of your analytics consent choice.

YOUR CHOICES

It is important to us that you understand your choices regarding your personal information.

Opting Out of/Blocking Cookies

Most browsers accept cookies by default. However, most browsers will allow you to prevent accepting new cookies, disable cookies, and/or receive a notification when you receive new cookies. Please note that if you do disable cookies, this may have an impact on or interfere with your user experience.

Managing "Do Not Track"

Our Google Analytics implementation recognises browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and leaves analytics disabled when either signal is enabled. Third-party embedded services may respond differently; please review their own privacy policies.

Use of Personal Information

You can request that we delete your personal information at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided below, subject to certain exceptions. You can also (i) request to see your personal information, (ii) withdraw consent, (iii) review and request rectification, (iv) restrict processing, (v) cancel processing, and (vi) request portability by contacting us.

DISCLAIMER: RESULTS DISCLAIMER

If there were a system that could guarantee seller leads from qualified, ready-to-sell property owners 100% of the time, everyone would be using it. No such guarantee exists.

This disclaimer serves to formally state that there are no guarantees of results, and that all clients and advertisers engage our services at their own risk. Generating listing leads in a competitive market involves many variables beyond our control, including—but not limited to—ad creative quality, messaging, local demographics, market conditions, budget, timing, and geographic location.

One of the core strengths of the Ad Machine/My Listing Engine is its ability to test dozens or even hundreds of ad variations, identify what performs best, and automatically reallocate ad spend toward higher-performing ads. Testing is fundamental to success. However, even with advanced systems, data, and optimization, outcomes can vary and success is never assured.

Our tools, systems, and resources are made available to clients on the understanding that advertising inherently involves uncertainty, experimentation, and risk.
